What you will be doing

As a Head of Revenue and GTM, you will be responsible for defining and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, driving customer acquisition, and scaling revenue. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine our positioning, optimize our sales motion, and expand our market presence. This role is ideal for a data-driven, entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in SaaS, AI, or gaming markets.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Own and optimize the sales funnel, working closely with marketing and sales teams to drive leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value market opportunities, including gaming, enterprise SaaS, and AI-driven motion capture use cases.
  • Develop and refine messaging, positioning, and value propositions to align with customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with product teams to ensure market-fit solutions and influence product roadmap based on market insights.
  • Define Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and track key growth metrics, leveraging data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Drive expansion into new verticals and geographic markets, ensuring scalable and repeatable GTM playbooks.
  • Lead strategic partnerships, collaborations, and co-marketing opportunities with key industry players.

Who you are

  • 14+ years of experience in growth strategy, GTM strategy, or business development roles, preferably in gaming, AI, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and market expansion in AI, gaming or media market verticals.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and enterprise sales motions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience working with gaming studios, 3D animation, or AI-driven platforms is a plus.
